The kit contains 100% cotton calico fabric for both the front and back of the cushion, Anchor stranded cotton, a black and white chart, needle and instructions.

In the kits the pattern outline is printed on the fabric and uses between two or three familiar stitches. The design is then worked within the outline from a chart. Stitches used are flat, split, satin or stem stitch.
