Boro is a Japanese textile which has been mended or patched together to reflect the beauty of natural wear and tear. Indigo dyes are commonly used - the western equivalent would be the patched jeans of the 1970s. Magie adds her own unique touches to this traditional Japanese art form.
The kits include a 100% cotton canvas printed in full colour, all the yarns required (100% pure new wool), a needle and an easy to follow guide to get you underway.
