Raymond Honeyman

Mary Schoeser (textile historian and author) in consultation with English Heritage has asked Raymond to design new fabrics for an antique, armless, highbacked chair for the Nursery Suite at Audley End House, an early 17th-century country house just outside Saffron Walden, Essex. Ehrman will be providing the wool for the project, and work continues.


Magie Hollingworth

In the spring of 2013 May-July, Magie exhibited her paper works for the first time in Sweden. This was hugely successful.

Her paper spoons will also be stocked by craft2eu in Hamburg in the autumn.

Here in the UK Magie’s work will be exhibited at the Plymouth museum in an exhibition entitled Making Futures: life cycles of material worlds, to coincide with an international Crafts conference- Making Futures. The theme of the conference and exhibition is sustainability - materials or method - in craft making. Sept 23rd – Dec 9th 2013.

Her annual ‘open studio’ event takes place this year on 23rd/24th November at the Harley gallery in north Nottinghamshire. A great opportunity to meet makers, see inside private studios and buy work. Visit for more details.

Margaret Murton

She is also in discussions with English Heritage over the possibility of a needlepoint course, It would take place in Spring or Summer 2014.


Kaffe Fassett

Kaffe is currently touring America. And has future events scheduled for Italy and England, and into 2014, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia. Details of all the various events can be found at

His Knitwear exhibition at the National Wool Museum, Wales, which runs alongside the exhibition of Kaffe Fassett's quilts at The Welsh Quilt Centre in Lampeter, continues until November 2nd 2013.
