STANDARD SHIPPING (All orders are shipped directly from England.)

An additional £4.95 per order for postage and packing.

 

Delivery within 28 days subject to availability. If you have purchased more than one kit we may send your order in parts to avoid unnecessary delay.

• US ORDERS

  An additional $14.95 per order for postage and packing.
  

All orders are shipped directly from England. Prompt delivery via Federal Express to all US customers, subject to availability. SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

• AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

  An additional $32.50 (Australian $) per order for postage and packing.

• EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

  An additional € 11. 95 per order for postage and packing.

   

• CANADIAN ORDERS
               An additional $17.95 (Canadian $) per order for postage and packing.

• ALL OTHERS

Our overseas agents are listed on the Distributors page and all enquiries should be addressed to them directly.  If goods are being sent to a country that is not listed, you must check with us in advance to determine what the postage charges will be.

RETURNS

• Money back if kit is returned within 1 year. We cannot issue refunds for partially stitched kit. Always check the register of the printed canvas before stitching.

• Proof of purchase must be submitted with return and mailed at customer's expense.

ORDERING EXTRA YARN

• Ehrman Tapestry has increased the quantity of wool included in the kits for U.S. customers who prefer to use the basketweave stitch. However, if you should run short of wool for your kit, we will supply it. In the back of the instruction booklets included in every kit is a mail-in form which contains all of the information to order extra yarn.
  

• An online Yarn Order form is available, if necessary. (Get Adobe Reader to view and print out the Yarn Order form. )
  

• Please include the name of kit, color number, number of strands needed and a piece of the wool (1-2") attached. It is CRITICAL that a snippet of the wool be attached in order to match the various dye lots. Enclose a stamped self addressed envelope for the yarn.
