Needlepoint Designers | Kaffe Fassett

In 1988 the Victoria and Albert Museum in London staged a retrospective exhibition of Kaffe's work. He was the first living textile designer to have a show there. The exhibition brought together work from across his range: paintings, tapestry, knitwear, wallpapers, fabrics and various aspects of his graphic design. Since then the range has expanded to include ceramics, mosaics, quilts, printed fabrics and bed linen.

Fassett's designs have a wonderful glow, thanks to his subtle graduations of color.  They are bolder, more original and simply a lot more fun than anything else on the market.
